At Douglasville Prints, every order is produced specifically for you. Because we sell custom printed products (DTF transfers, banners, and stickers), our return and refund rules are designed to be fair while protecting custom work from being resold.
Custom-Printed Items Are Final Sale
Due to the custom nature of printing, all custom orders are final sale once production begins, including:

DTF Transfers / DTF Gang Sheets

Custom Banners
-
Custom Stickers
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Customer-uploaded artwork issues (wrong size, low resolution, spelling mistakes, incorrect background)

Color differences between screen displays and printed results
-
Ordering the wrong item/size/quantity

Pressing/application errors (incorrect heat, pressure, peel method, or garment type)
We Will Fix Problems Caused by Us
If your order arrives with a printing defect or we made an error, we will make it right.
You may qualify for a reprint or replacement if:

The product was printed incorrectly compared to your submitted file

You received the wrong item
-
There is a manufacturing/print defect (misprint, severe banding, missing print area, etc.)

The package arrives damaged in transit (with proof)
Our resolution options may include:

Free reprint / replacement

Store credit (when appropriate)
-
Refund (only in rare cases where reprint is not possible)
Reporting an Issue (Required)
To help us resolve issues quickly, you must contact us with proof.
Report all issues within 3 days of delivery.

A clear photo of the entire product

Close-up photos showing the issue

A photo of the shipping label and packaging (if damaged)
Important: Do not discard the product or packaging until your claim is reviewed.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If tracking shows Delivered but you don’t have it:

Check with household members/office staff

Look around the property and mailbox area
-
Contact the carrier first for GPS delivery confirmation
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll help you with the next steps based on carrier findings.
Artwork & Approval Responsibility
By placing an order, you confirm:

Your artwork is print-ready
-
Spelling, sizing, and layout are approved
-
You understand that colors may vary slightly from screen to print
We print what you upload. Please review carefully before submitting.
DTF Transfers: Application Responsibility
DTF transfers require correct application. We are not responsible for:

Lifting due to insufficient pressure
-
Damage caused by peeling early (DTF is cold peel)
-
Incorrect temperature/time settings
-
Pressing over seams, zippers, collars, or uneven surfaces
Recommended settings: 300°F / 15 seconds / very firm pressure / cold peel / 5-second finish press
