1) Order Processing & Production Time
All items sold by Douglasville Prints are custom printed. Production begins after:

Payment is successfully processed, and

Your order details and artwork (if required) are received
Important: Production time can vary based on:

Order volume

Product type (DTF, banners, stickers)

File readiness (print-ready artwork speeds things up)
If we need clarification about your file or order, we may contact you. Delays in customer responses may delay production.
2) Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after the order ships, not when the order is placed.
Please note: Carrier transit times are estimates and can be affected by weather, holidays, peak seasons, and carrier delays.
3) Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information (if available) to the email address used at checkout.
4) Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for:

Packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

5) Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive your package:

If you still cannot locate the package, email us at shop@douglasvilleprints.com with your order number and tracking details, and we will assist with next steps.
6) Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To file a damage claim, email shop@douglasvilleprints.com and include:

Photo of the shipping label
Do not discard packaging until the claim is reviewed.
7) Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will review the situation and may offer a replacement or solution based on the carrier’s findings.
8) Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may ship in multiple packages. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
