2) Products & Services

We sell custom printed products, including but not limited to:

  • DTF Transfers

  • Custom Banners

  • Custom Stickers

Because these items are custom-made, you acknowledge that custom products are produced based on the information and artwork you submit.

3) Orders, Artwork & Customer Responsibility

A. Print-Ready Artwork

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • Your artwork is print-ready

  • You have reviewed spelling, sizing, placement, and background

  • You understand we generally print what you upload

We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors, including:

  • Misspellings, incorrect phone numbers, wrong dates, or incorrect designs

  • Low-resolution or blurry files

  • Unwanted backgrounds

  • Incorrect sizing chosen at checkout

B. Artwork Rights & Permissions

You confirm you own the rights or have permission to use any artwork, logos, characters, or designs you submit. You agree that your artwork does not infringe on any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears to violate copyright, trademark, or other rights.

4) Pricing, Payments & Taxes

  • Prices are shown on the website and may change at any time.

  • Orders must be paid in full before production begins.

  • Taxes may apply depending on your location.

5) Production, Turnaround & Changes

A. Production Timing

Production begins after payment is confirmed and your order information is received.

B. Order Changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at shop@douglasvilleprints.com.
Changes are not guaranteed once production begins.

6) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Shipping timelines depend on the selected shipping method and carrier.

  • Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance, except where otherwise required by law.

If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive the package, you agree to work with the carrier first to locate it.

7) Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because our products are custom printed, all custom sales are final once production begins.
For defects or errors caused by us, we may offer a replacement or reprint.

8) DTF Transfers — Application Responsibility

DTF transfers require correct application. You are responsible for proper pressing and garment handling.

Recommended guidelines:

  • Trim off color bars/order markings if present

  • Preheat garment 3–5 seconds

  • Press 300°F for 15 seconds with very firm pressure

  • Cold peel only (wait until fully cool)

  • Finish press 5 seconds with parchment/Teflon/butcher paper

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect press temperature/time/pressure

  • Peeling warm instead of cold

  • Pressing over seams, pockets, zippers, or uneven surfaces

  • Garment quality or fabric coatings

  • Improper washing or care instructions not followed

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • Douglasville Prints is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

10) Website Use & Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to disrupt or damage the website

  • Upload harmful code or spam

  • Misuse contact forms or order systems

We may restrict access if we suspect misuse or fraud.

11) Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use customer data.
